PNW Construction consulting is an Owner's Representative Project Management company. We are hired industry experts that work in collaboration with building owners and/or homeowners associations

Our construction management services include:

  • define scopes of work

  • prepare Requests for Proposals (RFP's)

  • solicit qualified contractors

  • coordinate schedules

  • provide progress reports and photo documentation

  • provide quality control

  • assist with communication between Boards, Property Managers, and greater Homeowners Associations

Every building and building owner (or ownership group) is unique. We can help with any portion of the process, or its entirety. Our approach is collaborative and proactive with high expectations for quality standards. Most importantly -- we work to maintain positive relationships with all of our clients, architects, engineers and contractors throughout the life of a project and beyond. 

We have a group of preferred, skilled, and fully licensed contractors that we solicit RFPs from on a regular basis.
